‘The Office 2’ has progressed from the previous works ‘The Office’. Many of the employees see their job as holding no prospects and are frustrated in working for a company that has an exploited system where segregation and bullying are often seen.

Kaur took a cross section of her team and interviewed them, asking them what their experience of the company had been so far. Various issues were bought up such as team bullying, promotions and the overall system in the company.

These findings are seen in the video which questions the company on the whole, asking team members what their ideal job would be, juxtaposed with still images of the workplace. Ideal jobs described are President, MI5 spy, lawyer etc and the stark difference can be seen in the still images of the workplace.

The flow chart seen shows the system and interaction within Powergen. It records the daily repetition of when entering the workplace, outlining how colleagues and managers engage with each other.
